WG2L passion and zeal for helping others has propelled us to be core founders for many organizations, projects, and workshops. We create an appreciative landscape where individuals and groups can establish their best outcomes. Our leadership connects people, organizations, and networks together to create the change that they desire together.

Gathering

Our passion has led us to participate and create multiple platforms of support and help. However, gathering is one aspect that is present in all that we do. Community is the backbone of the workshops and consultations; we gather individuals and their families together to live a life filled with meaning, purpose, and understanding. We plug in and uncover the true potential of every single group that we work with and bring people together within their own community.

Listening

We strives for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to openly communicate, listen, and support each other. We work on fostering understanding between all  parties so that each and every person is on the same level, willing to engage in genuine and authentic listening for problem solving. Not only do we facilitate, create, and foster productive listening, we also helps individuals with their own goals and aspirations.

Communicating 

We are all about the art of communication. Our focus on conversation—a simple yet ingenious concept—has transformed sticky situations and impassive relationships to a deep and understanding level. We reveal these seemingly unreachable and impossible goals throughout Person Centered Practices and its many programs and help individuals coherently gather their desires and map out their aspirations.
